I love romantic stories with a strong heroine and equally assertive male. This book reminds me a bit of Pride and Prejudice, although it’s supposed to be a retelling of the Taming of the Shrew. Either way, you’re in for a good read with Courting Cate . I can be stubborn like Cate, so I related well to her character.Cate’s wit is really funny, you can just see her lifting an eyebrow as she lets it fly. Lucky for her, her equal is just around the corner and he’s not easily scared.
