These days, time is limited for posting on my blog. School started back after a relaxing summer, and I’m just trying to keep my head afloat. Add in the sale of our house, purchase of our new home, and The Big Move, and it’s a recipe for insanity. In the meantime, blogging helps me to blow off some steam and have fun! Normally my blog doesn’t generate a huge sum of money….sometimes I make enough to pay for the Amazon giveaways. I do get to read a lot of good books, and have fun sharing new products. Every once in a while, a cash bonus opportunity comes up, and I love taking advantage of those! If you’re a blogger, you’re probably familiar with ShareASale. Did you know that many of their merchants offer cash bonuses for posts that feature their products? I put together a list to share the ShareASale merchants that often offer cash bonuses. Many posts don’t require a review, so they’re quick and easy. Sometimes you get an additional bonus for extra traffic and social media posts, but overall there’s no big requirement for blog traffic. Feel free to apply to one, or all, of the merchants to see if you can use them for your blog!
Shutterfly has a great affiliate program. They often have free product codes for both affiliates AND their readers. Although their bonus posts are not as frequent, they do have affiliate-only giveaways for fabulous prizes every once in a while. Definitely worth joining!
Gazelle frequently offers a cash bonus for sidebar banners. This is one of my favorites because it’s so easy to do!
Join the Cricut affiliate program! They recently did a 3-week series, and gave a $5 bonus during the 4th week just for doing the first 3 weeks. If you have a crafty audience, they’ll love this product.
I love buying cute clothes for my kids, and it’s even better when Tea Collection has a bonus offer. That means I get to check out their newest lines!
ModCloth is also fun to browse, and the $5 cash bonuses they offer are icing on the cake!
I love Cents of Style and buy from them personally whenever I can. The prices can’t be beat, and their shipping is always free! They’ve sent me multiple items to feature, from clothes to jewelry.
Not every merchant offers cash bonuses, but many give bloggers a chance to review products. Some also offer a substantial commission. For example, the Warby Parker Affiliate Program is one to consider; their commission rate is now a whopping 20%.
Have you heard of Rent the Runway? It’s a unique way to wear designer clothes by renting them (at a fraction of the retail price) for special occasions. Affiliates have great opportunities with this brand; for example, I received a $30 code to try my first Runway item. Pretty cool! Want in on the fun? Join the Rent the Runway program today!
These are just a few offers to consider. If you’re interested in learning about more, I’ll share additional merchants in upcoming posts.
For those of you who aren’t bloggers, you might notice links in posts that your favorite bloggers publish. These are typically affiliate links, meaning that the blogger makes a small commission if you make a purchase through the link. The purchase doesn’t cost you a penny more, but it does help the blogger!! That’s why I try to purchase through my favorite bloggers if I find a great product on their sites. Some links even offer commission to the blogger when you just click on it!
I’m not a blogger but found your post interesting. I knew it helped bloggers to use their links but didn’t realize how it worked and that it was different for different places. I think it’s a great way for the blogger to make the readers aware and the readers to help the blogger when they buy. Hope you get even more help from it.
