I never considered buying a cashmere scarf before, but this faux-cashmere blanket scarf was reasonably priced and included a discount.

Cozy and soft, this blanket scarf is the perfect way to stretch your winter wardrobe. It’s long enough to wrap around your neck. This is my favorite way to wear it (hides my double chin!) You can also throw one end over your shoulder.

Another fun way to wear a wide scarf — drape it over your shoulders like a vest. This is perfect when you have a top with a small stain; you can strategically cover up the spot with the scarf. I love that this scarf is long enough to wrap up in. I use it in the car frequently.

The colors in this particular scarf are so light and feminine that it pairs well with anything from jeans to dress pants. The classic plaid pattern is not too contrasted. The fringe edge makes it appear even more delicate.

This was my first time ordering from Backnear. It took a long time for my order to arrive. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by Amazon Prime. For the price point and slow shipping, I would probably order from a different vendor in the future — unless I had a substantial discount to make the delay worthwhile.
