During my college years, we used to sit in one of the dorm lobbies and watch Friends every week. We stacked chairs on the tables and made our own theater, enjoying every episode and dreaming of coffee at Central Perk. Twenty years later, one of the very best things about having a teenage daughter is getting to watch Friends reruns with her! When Ulysses Press sent me the Friends cookbook, I knew she would dog-ear half the pages.
In addition to THE trifle recipe, you’ll find out how to make…
As perfect for the Friends fan as it is for the new college graduate, this cookbook is a must have. I love the variety of recipes and how simple they are. Most use just a few ingredients, and it’s a decent list that you can find anywhere. The Friends references in each recipe just adds to the fun. Tartlets, anyone?
Even if you’re not one of the Friends, you can still enjoy the recipes included in this cookbook. It’s a nice blend of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We plan to try several of the recipes over the summer when we have time to enjoy the show! We’ll probably start with the Critical Parents Spaghetti because, why not?

That red couch always reminds me of moving furniture! Whether you’re lifting boxes or lifting weights, these deadlift straps can come in handy.
I remember seeing the first episode and thinking –this show won’t last. Boy was I wrong. To me that opening episode went a bit slow. I did watch every show and I liked the show a lot.
I always like the shows with Richard (Tom Selleck) in them. But I think that the couples at the end were where they needed to be.
I am always looking for ideas and menus and recipes for meals for my family. I think that combining that plus one of the shows that I liked would be a great idea.
Always looking for new things to try. Especailly as getting older, lots my recipes were for large groups, now mostly 2 of us.

I don’t have a favorite character. They are all great in their own way.
I like the way the “friends’ were always gathering around to talk about things and bounce ideas off of each other.
This recipe book would be great to be the “go to” for dishes and then be able to share.
Friends was a little after my time, but beloved by my daughters and their peers. I rediscovered the Joy of Friends watching reruns when the nest was empty.
I would love to win this book because it is the perfect gift for any and all friends I know and love!
I like all the episodes where Phoebe was singing her songs especially Smelly Cat.
