Welcome to the 2nd Annual Made in the USA Giveaway Hop. This event is hosted by Happy Mothering and The Pistachio Project together with the Green Moms Network! Each blogger in this event is working hard to bring you awesome prizes that are Made in the USA and valued at $25+; it’s our way of celebrating Independence Day! After entering my giveaway, be sure to visit the other blogs listed under the Rafflecopter form for your chance to win more great giveaways.
Our sponsor for this event is Trucker’s Friend. When you think of a useful tool for the home, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Maybe a hammer, or a perhaps something to aid in survival like an axe? What about a tool that has many uses, such as the Trucker’s Friend?
Trucker’s Friend is made in the USA so by purchasing this, you’ll be supporting a US company. It has a blade (not too sharp) that could be used to chop wood or even break through a window if necessary. It has a pry bar and lever; it can be used to hammer and pull nails as well. Caught in a blizzard? Use Trucker’s Friend to scrape ice or remove debris from your path. It also features a spanner, tire chain hook, and wire twist. Trucker’s Friend is pretty heavy so I know it’s durable. My husband was enamored by the Trucker’s Friend, decidedly keeping it in his car for emergencies.
One lucky Savings in Seconds reader in the US will receive a Trucker’s Friend. Enter on the Rafflecopter form below. The giveaway is open from July 8-22 to US readers ages 18+ and is void where prohibited by law. Good luck!

I like the Fireman’s tool as well. I have had this tool on my wishlist for months! I just need a job to afford to buy one 🙁
I think they have great tools. The snowmover would be wonderful in the winter. I would think Hubby would keep this tool in his truck in case he needed it.
These are great I would also like this one for my hubby’s pickup truck —
The Best Ice Scraper the IceDozer Plus 2.0
What a cool item!! I would love to get these as gifts for friends and family, so useful!
I like the Firefighter’s Handy Rescue Tool. My son is a volunteer fireman, and he might be able to use this sometime.
We are remodeling our house right now, my hubbie could use this to pull nails. I also like the FIREFIGHTER’S HANDY RESCUE TOOL
I’d keep the Trucker’s Friend in my car at all times, especially when I’m travelling from one end of Oregon to the other (which I’ve done a lot lately). There are numerous mountain passes, unpredictable weather, and long stretches of road with nothing around for miles and miles. I might not use it, but would certainly stop and help someone who did. I could also give it to my brother, who also travels.
I would also want to have the Blizzard Survival Kit, in case I had to travel over the mountain passes during winter- people get stranded overnight up there every winter.
The snowmover 2.0 is a great one for my daughter to keep in their vehicle. And this truckers friend I think everyone should carry in their car or truck
My husband and I both could really use the ICEDOZER PLUS 2.0.
This would be great to have in my truck since I have rescue training. I currently have one of those military folding shovels. I also really like the blizzard survival kit and that would also be great to carry in the vehicle.
I also like the icedozer plus
I like the blizzard survival kit for my car, and hubby would keep the truckers friend in his vehicle for ice/snow removal, chopping, or a bunch of other handy uses
I like the blizzard survival check.
I like the firefighters handy rescue tool, my hubby would love this.
i would give this as a gift to my husband! the blizzard survival kit also seems great.
I would love to have this around the house, it would definitely come in hand and I think it would be really good to take camping.
This would be for my son. I would love knowing that he had a reliable tool that he could use in the car or around the house. I also like all of their Icedozer Classic!
I would like to take it on a camping trip.
This looks like an amazing tool for anyone. I’d love it for both my hubby and my father in law.
If I had this around the house I’m sure I would never be able to find it because my son would be using it all the time.
I have a neighbor who volunteers at our local fire dept. I would love for him to have their FIREFIGHTER’S HANDY RESCUE TOOL®!
I really like this, my husband will too, be great to use for any rescue emergency.
I’m sure I could find a lot of uses for this at my house. I’m actually thinking I should get a couple of them for Christmas gifts.
Their Customer Leather Sheath would be great to have as a protection for this!
every one i know needs 1 of these they would be great to keep in the car as it has so many uses you never know when you might be stranded and this could be just what you need to fix a breakdown
this is great my husband would love this
I’d like to try the BLIZZARD SURVIVAL KIt.
I think this is a really great and innovative product. I would love to have one to keep in my car as well as one to keep around the house.
I would give this to my husband for his vehicle.
Their products are great! This one would have come in handy today when after last night’s thunderstorm there are small branches ripped on numerous crepe myrtles!
This would be for my husband so I don’t know what he will use it for maybe chopping down a tree.I like the ICEDOZER PLUS 2.0
I would use it for an axe. hammer, and lever. I would also like the icedozer and blizzard kit. I have never known of this company before.
I like the snow mover
I think everyone should have one of these in the home and I also like the fireman’s tool.
I would really love to win this for my son or his girlfriend. She is getting a new home and it would be nice to have around. Girls like tools too, esp when they are this nice!
The SNOWMOVER 2.0 would also be great to have. I think the trucker’s friend would be handy to have around the house. I don’t have a fireplace but I do have some stumps in the back yard along with the blackberry bushes [evil, evil things… they are invasive her in WA]. They need to be cut back, dug up and chopped at the root, every year. This would be especially handy for that.
I would be giving to my hubby who travels a lot. I also like the BLIZZARD SURVIVAL KIT we just moved to mn from texas and I think it will come in handy for sure.
My hubby would really like this to keep with him in some of the equipment he operates!
This would make a great gift for my brother in law
